In the Overview Module, you’ll find out what to expect and how to make the most of these modules.
MODULE 1
Intro to DecisionMaker and the cost-utility framework

In Module 1, you will gain an overview of the decision-making framework, learn how to articulate and refine decision problems, and consider key stakeholders to involve in the decision-making process.
MODULE 2
Identifying solution options and evaluation criteria

In Module 2, you will identify potential Solution Options and use Screening Criteria to narrow down potential solutions to your decision problems. Additionally, you will begin to develop Evaluation Criteria that will drive the decision-making process.
MODULE 3
Gathering evidence to support your decision

In Module 3, you will learn about how to find or collect evidence to evaluate the Solution Options you are considering against your Evaluation Criteria.
MODULE 4
Estimating costs and making the decision

In Module 4, you will learn about cost analysis, identify the resources or "ingredients" required to implement Solution Options, and estimate their costs. You will also learn how to interpret and use utility results to inform your final decision.
